All member's or affiliate's personal
information that might be collected by OneMonthAffiliate.com will NEVER
be shared with any third party, will never be sold or distributed. We
will use your personal information for providing you support if needed,
for tracking sales and for updating you with News and Important notices
related to OneMonthAffiliate.com
Affiliates
Affiliates will receive 75% of the revenue as a commission from orders
placed through the affiliate link provided by ClickBank, less the
charges specified in the ClickBank accounting policy page.
OneMonthAffiliate.com reserves the right to change the commission amount
at any time; however, the commission will never be less than 50% of the
total sale amount.
A sale must be made through the link given to the affiliate by
ClickBank. Sales referred through word of mouth or any other referrals
that do not use links provided by ClickBank are not tracked and will not
generate a commission. A commission is paid to an affiliate by ClickBank
after the customer had placed an order and completed the payment through
the Clickbank secure order system. Misspelled, broken and/or faultily
modified affiliate links are of the responsibility of the affiliate.
Payments to affiliates are issued by Clickbank in form of a cheque.

for any further information regarding payments.
Affiliates agree with the statement that they are independent workers
and are only related to OneMonthAffiliate.com as affiliates. Affiliates
are not partners, investors, creators, sale representatives or employees
of OneMonthAffiliate.com. All affiliates agree to not contradict the
above statement.
Order Processing
Affiliates are not authorized to receive any payment or sell
OneMonthAffiliate.Com from other websites, blogs, forums, etc. No
"resale" rights are granted in ANY way. Affiliates are not authorized to
sell this product on eBay, Half or other auction sites. Affiliates are
not authorized to give away copies of any of these products.
OneMonthAffiliate.Com will also be solely responsible for all customer
service inquires. All affiliates and members understand and acknowledge
that no physical products will be shipped to clients or affiliates.
Spam Policy
We hate spam and will NOT tolerate it under any circumstances. Email
soliciting is considered as spam. An Affiliate sending promotional and
soliciting messages by email without the receiver’s consent might be
reported to OneMonthAffiliate.com and/or to Clickbank. We discourage
email, forum, chat and blog spamming. If a complaint is received,
Clickbank will investigate and possibly terminate the affiliate’s
account. The affiliate of a terminated account will not receive any
previously earned commissions.
Limitation of Liability
OneMonthAffiliate.com will not be held responsible or liable for any
direct or indirect damage and/or losses incurred by the use of our
product. Affiliates and members agree to use the resources provided by
our product at their own risk. Affiliates and members are the only
responsible parties for any investments directly or indirectly related
and/or suggested by OneMonthAffiliate.com
By signing up with ClickBank, you acknowledge that you have read this
agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions. You have
independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any
representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this
agreement.
Earnings Disclaimer
